Hi there and welcome! I’m Dr. Olivia Skalski, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 10 years of experience conducting psychotherapy with clients of all ages. I also have a background administering psychological assessments, providing clinical supervision/consultation to other clinicians, and teaching at the graduate level. I earned my doctorate degree from William James College in Boston, MA, and my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Hartford. I have a passion for working with clients and utilizing an integrated therapeutic approach implementing a variety of evidence-based frameworks such as CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, solution-focused, and narrative interventions. Our work together would be unique to you as I tailor my techniques to fit you personally. I value taking a collaborative and compassionate approach, developing a strong therapeutic rapport and cultivating safety in session so we can walk along the journey of healing together. My style emphasizes curiosity and connection, inviting clients to understand themselves better and how their past and current experiences may shape their emotional and behavioral patterns. Tracy Tilton
Over 20 years of clinical experience supporting individuals and families with compassionate, evidence-based care.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I completed my master’s degree at Pepperdine University and received my doctorate degree from Illinois Institute of Technology. My training includes an internship at the Federal Correctional Complex – Butner, and a post-doctoral fellowship at Boston University that focused on multi-cultural psychology. My career has included work for many years in forensic psychology and correctional psychology, where previous roles included unit director and lead psychologist. I am CCHP- MH certified.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to guide my clients through the therapeutic process. With experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma, I can assist individuals in their journey to improved mental health. My approach is a strength-based approach that consists of teamwork, collaboration and support.
My outside interests include yoga, travel, and rescuing dogs.

I hold a degree in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from the University of Bridgeport. I'm thrilled to be a part of LAMCO Wellness where I utilize evidence-based practices to address the unique needs of my clients. With a strong background in health and wellness as a personal training/wellness coach, I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, integrating physical wellness into therapy. My goal is to empower individuals on their journey toward healing and resilience, fostering a balanced lifestyle that promotes overall well-being.
